Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Cross Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Cross Wear reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The incorrect item was received.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Cross Wear cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Return Deadline
Approved returns must be received by Cross Wear within 45 days of the original delivery date.
Returns received after this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
