Acceptance of Terms
By using the Cross Wear website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory, or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Cross Wear reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update prices at any time.
Product Images, Mock-Ups & Design Accuracy
All product images, photographs, previews, renderings, and visual displays on the Cross Wear website are mock-ups or visual representations provided for presentation purposes. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that product images may not show the exact final garment, fit, scale, colour tone, fabric texture, print placement, embroidery placement, lighting, packaging, or manufacturing finish.
Cross Wear makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the artwork and design concepts shown in product images truthfully and accurately represent the designs that will be ordered. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, production methods, garment sizing, fabric behaviour, supplier variations, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
You agree that mock-up images are not a guarantee of exact visual appearance and that your preorder is based on the selected product, size, and displayed design concept, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.
Pricing & Payment
Cross Wear uses the approximate country associated with a customer's internet connection to select the checkout currency. Customers detected in Canada are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Customers detected in the United States are charged in United States Dollars (USD). If the country cannot be determined, checkout defaults to USD.
The displayed numeric price is used as-is in the selected currency and is not converted using an exchange rate. For example, a displayed price of $65.00 is charged as CAD $65.00 when CAD is selected or USD $65.00 when USD is selected.
Location detection may be inaccurate, including when a customer uses a virtual private network, proxy, mobile network, or other service that changes the apparent location of the internet connection. The currency and total displayed in Stripe Checkout immediately before payment are the currency and amount that will be charged. Customers must review this information and should not complete payment if the currency is incorrect. Please contact Cross Wear before placing the order so the issue can be addressed.
A card issuer, bank, or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion, foreign transaction fee, or other charge. Cross Wear does not control and is not responsible for those third-party rates or fees. Any approved refund will be issued in the original transaction currency; differences caused by exchange-rate movements or third-party fees may not be recoverable from Cross Wear, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, including supported express payment methods such as Apple Pay when available. Cross Wear does not store your payment information.
Orders
Cross Wear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of the website is suspected.
Intellectual Property
All Cross Wear™ logos, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, product concepts, and website content are the property of Cross Wear and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Customer Suggestions
Cross Wear welcomes suggestions for future Scripture verses, messages, and product ideas.
Submitting a suggestion does not guarantee it will be produced, and Cross Wear retains all final creative, design, artwork, product, and collection decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Cross Wear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products, except where required by Canadian law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes to These Terms
Cross Wear may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when published on this page.
